Your website is basically your 24/7 digital lobby. If the "lights" are flickering and the "furniture" is broken, people aren't going to stick around to see how great your actual service is.

If the phone isn't ringing as much as it should, take a look at your site through a stranger's eyes. You might realize you’re not losing to the competition—you’re just losing to a bad first impression.
